At Amanda Carol Collection, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, regardless of location. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle domestic and international orders.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within two business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
The delivery time may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. We offer standard and expedited shipping, both domestically and internationally. Typical delivery times are listed below.
- Standard Domestic Shipping: 3 to 5 business days.
- Expedited Domestic Shipping: 1 to 3 business days.
- Standard International Shipping: 7 to 10 business days.
- Expedited International Shipping: 3 to 5 business days.
International customers should review available shipping options at checkout for delivery timeframes to their destination. Delays due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are out of our control. Please allow additional days for clearance through Customs on international orders.
Shipping Costs
We offer complimentary shipping for all domestic orders.
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the destination. Please note that additional fees may apply for expedited shipping.
Local Pickup
We do not offer local pickup at this time. All orders are shipped directly to your specified address using our shipping services.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for items purchased.
We accept cancellations on orders that have yet to be shipped.

Lost or Damaged Order
While we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time, unforeseen circumstances may occur.
If you believe your package is experiencing unusual shipping delays, is lost in transit, or has been delivered incorrectly, please contact our support team at hello@amandacarolcollection.com as soon as you suspect something has gone wrong. We are happy to follow up with carriers to get a more detailed status on your shipment.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can investigate the issue and make it right.
If one of your items arrives damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged item and its original packaging to hello@amandacarolcollection.com. We will send you a replacement of comparable value free of charge.
We aim to ensure that you are thrilled with your purchase, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in handling damaged items.
International Orders
We ship to over 70 countries and sovereign territories worldwide and are consistently evaluating new markets. We are happy to work with you to ensure you are pleased with your shipping arrangements.
To ship your order internationally, simply checkout with your art as usual. Shipping methods, timelines, and costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping destination you enter, and you may select the option that best suits your needs.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
When you order from Amanda Carol Collection, you are responsible for customs duties, taxes, fees, or tariffs your country may impose. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Depending on the package's destination, we may collect customs-related fees on your behalf at checkout. We provide that service to expedite customs processing in cases where those fees and related customs documents may be submitted electronically. If those fees are not collected in advance, they will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery or may be billed to you directly.
In all cases, the buyer is ultimately responsible for covering the costs of importing the product into their country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Returns and Exchanges for Orders destined for the EU
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Amanda Carol Collection will not reimburse customs duties, taxes, or fees from the return shipment.
