We will send notifications to our subscribers via email to ensure our customers are well-informed about the release and any related events.
What is the date and time for the start of the sale?
We will roll out access to the Vault in stages to subscribers over the next few days. We will send emails with specific dates and times in advance so subscribers can prepare to set aside time to view the collection. As with our normal collection releases, a password will be emailed to subscribers approximately thirty minutes before their access to the Vault begins.
How will you determine who gets access to The Vault first?
This collection features genuinely unique pieces we don't often offer, and we want to ensure that our most valued customers have the first opportunity to explore them. To determine eligibility for this exclusive preview, we are considering several key factors:

What payment methods will be accepted, and is financing available?
We accept all major credit cards. Additionally, financing is available with Shop Pay for up to 24 months. Shop Pay also allows for one-click purchasing to simplify your purchase experience.

How long will The Vault be open?
Works will be available for purchase from The Vault the moment a client receives access instructions until November 30 at midnight or until the collection sells out, whichever is sooner.
Will there be future Vault releases? If so, how often?
Yes, we intend to offer future releases. They will be infrequent, reflecting the rarity of the pieces themselves.
Can you provide details on what makes Vault pieces unique from a standard Vintage frame release?
The frames selected for this collection have been hand-selected by Amanda and set aside over the past two years as exceptional in their aesthetic quality and uniqueness.
While every piece Amanda creates is founded on the transcendental element of beauty, she found these frames to have genuinely outstanding aspects to their character.
Additionally, the vast majority of these pieces are antiques, with some more than two hundred years old.
Is there a preview or a catalog available to view before the release?
While a complete catalog is not available, some hints and sneak peeks of the upcoming collection, available to the public, can be found on Amanda's Instagram profile.
How will the purchase process work—online, in-store, or by appointment?
Purchases will only be available online through our website.
Can customers request commissions from this collection?
Unfortunately, the pieces in this collection are not available for customization. However, if you are interested in a possible future commission, you can find more information on Commissions here.
How will the art pieces be delivered, and are there options for international shipping?
All art pieces will be carefully packaged and shipped directly to customers' doors. Yes, we offer international shipping options as well.
Please note: Due to the size and delicate nature of some of the works in this collection, we may take longer than our standard processing time of two business days to ship your order. Please know that we will work diligently to get your work shipped to you in as timely a manner as possible while not compromising the safety of the piece.
